Pampers entered into the game last fall with their new Size P-3 diaper. It's three sizes smaller than newborn diapers to fit the most vulnerable babies weighing as little as one pound, according to BusinessWire.com.

It seems Huggies has now joined in the plot for preemies and created the smallest diaper ever with their Little Snugglers Nano Preemie. According to ScaryMommy.com, the Little Snugglers Nano Preemie diapers are specially designed for babies weighing under two pounds.

As a mom with babies who were born too big to even use newborn diapers, this size seems unfathomable to me, but for the parents of the more than 15 million babies born prematurely each year, these tiny diapers will be a welcome addition.
